How to test your eyes with the Amsler Grid:

1. Make sure you are wearing your eyeglasses for reading.
   
   
2. Hold the grid at arms length
   
   
3. Cover one eye and focus on the centre dot
   
   
4. If you notice any lines are missing or distorted, mark them on the chart
   
   
5. Repeat with the other eye.
